As the Top Producer in her office, Melissa has made it her mission to make sure her clients feel top priority at all times. As a real estate owner and investor, Melissa understands that buying and selling can be stressful, so she does her best to stay one step ahead of her clients' needs.

Melissa takes her relationships seriously and has built her business alongside trusted partnerships and respected colleagues throughout the South Shore.

In late 2022, Melissa took her real estate career to a new level by proudly forming The Melissa McNamara Group! Adding three exceptional real estate agents to her team who bring their A-game to selling real estate.

Melissa began her career as a real estate agent over 20 years ago in Portland, Maine. In 2008, she relocated back home to the South Shore. She has dedicated herself to residential real estate sales for the last 15 years in the community she grew up in and loves.

Originally from central New York, Jen's mother was a successful and well-respected real estate agent who served on civic boards for decades. Not a surprise that Jen followed in her mom's footsteps with a career in real estate, beginning in Boston and landing on the South Shore in Norwell, where she and her husband raised their two children. With more than 20 years working in residential and commercial real estate, Jen's driving force has always been to serve clients with a razor-sharp focus on collaboration, partnership, and long-standing relationships. 

In addition to her dedication to real estate, playing an active role in the community has always been a priority for Jen. For years, you could find her at the local schools teaching Spanish after school, hosting fundraisers, and volunteering for just about anything to support the local communities.
